I cannot log in. What should I do?

Answer:

99% of login problems are caused by cookies. Please ensure that your browser settings allow 'cookies'.
In case of any problem accessing your member area, the following might also help: choose Tools from the menu bar of your Internet Explorer and
select Internet Options. (The following goes with IE6, but earlier versions also have an option to allow session cookies.)
Go to the Privacy tab and in Configuration click Advanced Options. There are two rows of cookies, for both check the Accept option, as well as make sure the top and bottom checkboxes both are checked (Override automatic cookie settings, and Always accept session cookies).
